Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Eloa. By using the app you agree to them.

General wellness, not medical advice
Eloa is an independent general-wellness application. It is not an official Google or Fitbit product, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Eloa does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Eloa. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us promptly at support@eloa.health if you believe your account has been compromised.
Connected services
Eloa works with data you connect from Google Health. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time, and doing so may limit features that depend on it.
Private beta
Eloa is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and your feedback while we build.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Eloa: no attempting to access other users' data, no interfering with the service, and no using it in violation of the law.
Disclaimers and liability
Eloais provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Eloa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Eloa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
