Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Eloa account and its data at any time. Here's exactly how, and what gets removed.

Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open Eloa and go to the You tab.
- Under Privacy & data, choose Delete Eloa account.
- Confirm. The app removes your on-device data and requests server deletion.
This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@eloa.health from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may verify your identity before proceeding to protect your data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your health and wellness records
- Connected-service access tokens (e.g. Google Health)
- Journal entries and any data exports
- On-device private AI data, consent, and conversations
Server records are removed in bounded deletion batches. We retain only the minimum required by law (for example, limited security or billing records) and only for as long as necessary.
Timing
On-device data is removed immediately. Server-side deletion completes shortly after and is designed to finish within 30 days. If you have any question about your deletion, contact privacy@eloa.health.
