Frequently asked questions
What is Eloa?
Eloa is a private companion for your Fitbit Air data. It reads your metrics through Google Health and turns them into calm, explainable recovery, sleep, and load insight.
Do I need a Fitbit Air?
Eloa is designed around Fitbit Air data synced through Google Health. Pairing and firmware stay in Google Health — Eloa does not connect to the device over Bluetooth.
How do I join the beta?
Add your email on the home page. We roll out invites gradually so we can support each new person well.
Is Eloa a medical device?
No. Eloa is a general-wellness app and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete everything from within the app. See the account deletion page for the full steps and what gets removed.
Connect Claude or Codex
Add https://eloa.health/api/mcp as a Streamable HTTP MCP server in your assistant. Choose sign-in, open the Eloa login page, and approve the data categories you want to share. Meals and journal access are unchecked by default.
In Claude, use Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. In Codex, add the URL under MCP servers and authenticate. Manage connected assistants under You → External AI access in Eloa. Disconnecting an assistant stops future reads; it does not erase data it already received.
Deleting your Eloa account immediately disconnects all assistants. No personal token or manual authorization header is needed.
Privacy & your data
For anything about your data — access, export, or deletion — see the privacy policy or write to privacy@eloa.health.
